Busy Moms Planning Quality Time with Your Children

It is really neat and exciting to be able to include your children in your business whenever possible.watch_kids This is a real blessing especially when you have very young children. As a busy mom you will certainly appreciate being able to spend quality time with little ones and also get work done.

Now along with work you should plan times for play, whether that would be during the week or specific days days in the month. I prefer to leave my Saturday and Sundays open for both personal time of meditation and time with family and friends.

Children thrive knowing they can be a part of your business but it is equally exciting when you dedicate times just for them. Here are some fun ideas busy moms can do with their children:

Educational – learn something with your children. get all into the exploration and joy of learning whether it be a science project or an all out expedition and exploration to your local museum or nature park.

Vacation – Step away from the computer and have fun with your kids. The computer is a great tool giving you the opportunity to work from the comfort of you own home but it can have a way of taking up all your mental energy. Your kids need your undivided attention and a vacation would be an excellent way to do it. Oh, and be sure to leave your laptop at home, so as not to be tempted to get back on it while on vacation.

Creative Moments – Take the old box of crayon and some coloring books and spend creative moments with your children. I have met parents who love coloring time just as much as their kids do, maybe even more :) You can also do some beading or how about write an adventure story together. One mom I knew actually took their camcorder and recorded her and her children act out Peter Pan. They got all dressed up and everything. Something like this can be memorable and be used in your family entertainment later on.

What ideas can you share as a mom or grandmother?
