These past few weeks have been some of my busiest weeks. Dealing with the day to day of home life, home school as well as sickness, accidents, well the all around beings of a mom.
Despite all that I still manage to have time to endeavor in finding ways to make money.
Finding ways to make money can become a chore or it can be rewarding and exciting, filled with some interesting discoveries.
What is your Passion and Make Money With it?
When going into business for yourself there may be a tendency to think of it in dollar amounts such as money to pay the bills, extra cash, etc.
Although, this is part of it that should not be your central focus. If it is, then you will end up sadly disappointed especially if the money you are earning is in a way you are not happy with.
Thinking about monetizing on something you are passionate about, may be difficult at first, especially if you hadn’t given any thought.
An example I have for you is Krista Dowell a grandmother who loves telling stories to her distant grandchildren and decided to put the stories in book form and now sells them for others to enjoy.
She has taken her passion and love to a level that now touches other people around the world.
More Ways to Make Money Ideas
How about making money with your hobby of visiting yard sales or “junk shops” for hidden treasures.
Why not fund your passion by making money in the process. A friend of mine enjoyed her hobby so much that she turned into a business by opening a shop. She sold some things which gave her money to go “treasure hunting” once again.
On top of opening a shop you may also consider selling products online.
How about your favorite hobby, fishing, basketball, crochet, running, working out, etc you may consider making money by putting tutorials together.
Perhaps you are already a tutor then consider making money online by creating videos, audios or books to help others outside of your immediate customers.
Combine your skills in tutorials with an online membership site then who knows you may have a huge endeavor.
