It is so important to start your work week with a great attitude. Here are three tips on doing just that.
1. Evaluate your sleep schedule and determine if you are getting adequate rest.
Be honest with yourself and evaluate how you feel when you wake up in the morning.
Proper amounts of sleep can be a determining factor on your attitude. A grumpy, sleepy head is so difficult to motivate.
2. Treat Mondays like Fridays look forward to the week like you do the weekend.
It may be difficult for some, especially if you are in the midst of deciding to start your own business and the “job” seems to be in your way.
Consider this, if you overcome this time with a good attitude you will carry that motivation into your business. There will be days your business may seem like a chore…a “job” in which case your motivation skills will carry you through.
3. Be on time
Be it your job, your business or personal commitments. There is something about being on a time crunch that makes you tense and the end result can even be an explosive attitude for some.
If you need more organization then get a planner. Schedule your events with enough preparation time. Be sure to schedule time to get organized.
